Eden Hoodie | Weighted Cloak Hoodie (Full-Length)

I’ve wanted some sort of poncho/cloak to wear around the house for some time but have never found quite the right one. I tried Snuggie type oversized hoodies and I hated the way it was enclosed all the way down. I was hesitant to buy an Eden cloak due to the price but after having tried several other options (that my dog was now using as blankets), I figured I’d give it a try.
I went with obsidian in the smallest size, figuring you can never go wrong with dementor chic. I received it 6 days after ordering. Well, my friends, this is THE ONE. I’m am a 5’5” tall somewhat round middle aged female and this fit to perfection. I’m not tripping over it, even going up and down stairs ( that was a serious safety concern for me) and it comes to my wrists with my arms spread out. I love the openness of the sides, keeps you from getting too warm yet the weight of the fabric falls such that you still stay cozy. It isn’t too heavy though, which is a plus. Honestly , I don’t find any anxiety benefit from the fabric weight but I’ve also used a 15 and 20 lb weighted blanket before so this just feels light yet snuggly. It’s getting warm here so I won’t get much wear until autumn but I will be in this thing constantly once cooler weather arrives. And I can’t wait to wander the neighborhood at Halloween wearing my Eden!
To give you an idea of how much I love this thing, I was online and ordering 3 more within hours of receiving my package. Another for me in Arcane (a gal needs choices, you know), an Obsidian for my daughter and a Terra for my husband. They will make fantastic gifts. I will watch for a blue and maybe a richer pink or even a rusty orange in the future.
I may not leave the house all winter!
